    Function : Manufacturing

    Educational Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate

    Experience: At least 4-6 years of total experience.

    Key Stakeholders:
    Internal :

    • Manufacturing, Replenishment Functions, Finance, Quality, EHS, HR Function.
    External :
    • Internal Auditor, Statutory Auditor,.

    Key Responsibilities:

     Maintaining of Engineering and general Store, Stock ageing, PO Creation, GRN, Stock reconciliation, timely procurement of Stock, vendor negotiation, Initiation PO Process and Payment Process, Receiving of Indents from department for procurement, Overall control on receipts and issue, maintaining Records for input Credit.

     Tracking deliveries across multiple team and projects and takes corrective action to ensure business objectives and met establishes and planning of resource requirement for achieving deliverable within required time line.

     Able to mange situation of rapidly changing and conflicting priorities (internal/external), having the experience and depth of knowledge to work independently or mange the completion of trough and systematic reviews.

     Knowledge of invoice Processing, Month end reporting , Reconciliation is must

     Knowledge of SAP system, ensuring all payment routed with PO only, helping others on different issue of GST and reconciliation of stock internal,. Working with SAP team to initiate and modification, if any change is required in SAP or any customized report required.

     Must Have good Knowledge of GST. ( HSN and SAC Code ) , Input Tax Credit and GRN with correct Tax code in PO and GRN.

     Ensuring timely assessments of stock utilization. Waste management and scrap details. Ensuring minimum wastage and high productivity. (by reducing cost and material availability on time.)

     Preparing all records regarding RGP & NRGP.

     Handling Internal Audits and also resolving queries raised by Audit staff of Department.

     Ensuring on time vendor's payment, reconciliation, and taking NOC on time.

     Ensuring month end Provision, Entries and reconciliation of the same. MIS report and other cost impact analysis.

     Knowledge of GST - all rules, laws and forms, aware of major changes and calculation, also aware of compliance under GST as per details released till date.
