US IT RecruiterWe are seeking an experienced and proactive US IT Recruiter to join our team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and assessing top talent in the IT industry.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule (8:30 pm - 5:30 am IST). The ideal candidate will have experience in US staffing/recruitment and be proficient in recruitment software and tools.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and other creative methods.
2. Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, providing insights and recommendations to ensure successful placements.
4. Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and potential contributions.
5. Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
* 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
* Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for success.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
