    Description

    1. Generate enquiries & get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, web conference etc).

    2. Send company profile to all enquiries generated.

    3. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

    4. Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales.

    5. Apply & keep record of UQN for sales leads.

    6. Maintain and expand client database.

    7. Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits for demo at our Office.

    8. Provide customers with technical expertise.

    9. Prepare & Send Quotes with technical specs in prescribed format to Customer as per their actual requirement. Maintain record & Follow up on quotes sent.

    10. Collect PO from customer with all the terms & conditions with payment as per payment terms and submit the same to concerned BH for further processing.

    11. Follow up from customer for payment as per payment term.

    12. Coordinate with concerned BH for Order Processing/ PI/ Dispatch etc till the m/c reached at customer site.

    13. Reply all the queries/ mails etc. received from customer.

    14. Installation visit at customer site.

    15. Feedback from customer.

    16. Meet sales targets.

    17. Provide monthly/ weekly report in prescribed formats.
