    Senior Brand Manager (Agency Experience is compulsory)

    We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media and Community Manager to lead the Agency's partner brand's social media presence. In this role you will be responsible for helping us grow a best-in-class social media presence across multiple platforms that will connect with Brand community, support brand values, and increase brand love and loyalty. You will manage direct reports as well as working cross-functionally with other teams.

    What you will do as aSenior Brand Manager

    • Own overall strategy for existing and emerging social platforms
    • Manage the content calendar for existing platforms and determine strategies for new platforms dependent on audience segmentation
    • Partners with client to enhance, edit and reformat legacy and identify new content for creation
    • Develop and oversee user generated content and facilitate Client to company responses
    • Plan and execute online community strategies to increase user engagement and adoption
    • Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, and social media trends, and translate learnings into actionable insights
    • Ensure cohesive and engaging brand messaging across all social platforms
    • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to translate brand activities into content that can be shared on social media
    • Establish a platform that can host multi-media content including long-form and serialized content
    • Lead Community building efforts to identify content and engagement opportunities
    • Create platform specific strategies based on brand campaigns, new product launches, and initiatives
    • Monitor performance of content categories to isolate top performing content that resonates with our followers
    • Drive the execution of project timelines to meet milestones
    • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of social media marketers
    • Create creative briefs to pitch content creation that will advance brand building efforts

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • An ace writer with excellent English and the ability to adapt to the tonality of the brand & the medium
    • A social media enthusiast, product of the digital age, in with the times
    • Familiarity with all social media platforms and a love for blogging
    • Ability to manage social media assets across brands from different industries like fashion & food
    • Ability to strategize, conceptualize campaigns, contests, content calendars & execute the same
    • Will be required to stay up-to-date with the best practices and educate the team on the same
    • Will be expected to conduct regular analysis on our brands & that of the competitions, and to correct course if required
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
    • Independent thinker and proactive problem solver
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and new projects simultaneously
    • Possess analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
    • Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skill
