- Oversight on notifications preparation and timely client & business.
- Assist in managing miscellaneous reporting processing.
- Processing of securities orders such as Closure of accounts/deposits/investment products, order registration/modification/deletion, Collection of payment orders, Editing lists, settlement of internal deposits, handling written orders.
- Support project team on all data migration projects.
- Bringing controls and efficiencies in existing process.
- Acting as SME and assisting the team in day-to-day troubleshooting.
- Assist team manager with queries from onshore, FO, auditors, and stakeholders.
- German Language B1/B2 level is mandatory for this role.
- Good understanding of financial products and markets like Bonds, equities, & other financial products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact independently with stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Security Services in any Private Banking.
- Prior experience in Team management is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in reviewing client on-boarding documentation.

The Supervisor/SME will be in charge of completing day-to-day tasks following standards, ensuring precise and timely completion of assigned production responsibilities. Candidates must meet all deadlines and maintain processing quality as per SLAs. They should address all routine activity inquiries/first level escalations within specified timeframes. Additionally, they will act as a backup for Peers when needed and share best practices with the team.
