    What You Will Be Doing (Essential Duties)

    • Lead critical projects, also support customers and In-house department.
    • Installation and commissioning of high-pressure triplex pump.
    • Guide customers through video calls for troubleshooting as well as commissioning.
    • Ensure follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff within PressureJet to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company Expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
    • Attend all training courses and meetings as required by Pressure Jet and oversee the development of Colleagues.
    • Observe and adhere to company health and safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.
    • Increase annual maintenance contracts(AMC) and spare business.

    Area of Knowledge & Expertise

    • Travel for 15 to 20 days per month PAN India as well as Worldwide.
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in service roles, preferably in the pump industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge of pump systems and their applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
