- Support the user department in reviewing and verifying purchase requests
- Identify the procurement method based on various factors such as material type, urgency, and existing contracts
- Participate in strategic sourcing activities like selecting bidding processes and vendor evaluation criteria
- Prepare documents for bidding processes like RFI and RFP
- Identify and evaluate potential bidders
- Conduct bid evaluations and negotiations with vendors
- Prepare necessary documentation and contracts
- Set up and maintain contract records in the ERP system
- Coordinate approvals and communicate with stakeholders
- Prepare and issue rate contracts and purchase orders
- Collaborate with vendors and other departments for evaluations and documentation
- Contribute to supplier performance evaluations and improvement planning
