    We are looking for a Channel Operations Specialist in our Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Southeast Asia, South Korea and Japan (AMEA) Channel Operations team. This person will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support Channel Partner operations activities in the region.

    The role offers an exciting opportunity to support our fastest growing and diverse region. You will follow steps of a well-defined process to coordinate activities on partner contracting, administer system access and set up for new Channel Partners. You will use reports to monitor Partner performance as per existing frameworks and coordinate teams' inisghts both internally and for the quarterly partner reviews.

    The ideal candidate should be excited to be working with colleagues across AMEA, and be capable of adjusting to differing cultural nuances and business conditions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

    On occasion, you might be able to identify areas for operational improvement. The ideal candidate would take appropriate action to escalate the issue where appropriate. Adaptability to changing needs of our partners and sales team is a strength, and we would rely on your support with deployed adjustments to our processes as required.

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal functions for system access and set up for new Channel Partners
  • Monitor and generate reports for Channel Partners on the Value Tier Programme performance
  • Coordinate insight from functions for CP Operational Assessment initiative
  • Develop basic understanding of the CP performance improvement plans introduced as the result of CP Operational Assessment
  • Monitor and report on regional Channel Partner performance activities
  • Demonstrate skills, knowledge and ability to recognize matters needing attention and/or escalation, and to initiate action
  • Deploy key internal business processes
  • Understand Go-To-Market strategy principles, utilization of key business metrics to enable data-driven decision making and key customer engagement processes
  • Ability to prioritise a well defined subset of tasks and escalate Channel Partner issues with infrequent guidance
  • Support implementation of regional and global projects across AMEA

    Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Business field preferred.
  • Basic experience in creating, sorting and review of reports
  • 3+ years of direct work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required.
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills.
  • Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with good communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with multiple departments to execute mutually beneficial solutions. Experience dealing with difficult internal and external situations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook and possess an innate ability to navigate through new software applications. Software, especially web-based software, shouldn't scare the ideal candidate. Experience with a plus.
