    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Jr. CNC Programmer (Prima & Amada) to join our team at DCS Group. As a Jr. CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines, specifically Prima and Amada machines. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience programming and operating CNC machines, specifically Prima and Amada machines
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
    • Strong knowledge of G-code programming
    • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
    • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Program CNC machines, specifically Prima and Amada machines, according to specifications and blueprints
    • Set up and operate machines to produce high precision parts
    • Check and confirm the accuracy of programs and machine settings
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine operation issues
    • Collaborate with other team members to optimize machine performance and production efficiency
    • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Document and maintain records of machine programs and settings
