    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Communication Lead, you will be responsible for executing the strategies devised by the communications manager. The role involves extensively managing the PowerPoint designs, framework, and structures to enable delivery in representing data across worldwide forums. You shall be directly gathering inputs from delivery managers, technical capability lead and business operations team to bring out ideas to a presentable format. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, outstanding communication skills, and an effective implementor of strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership Presentation:

    • and deliver engaging and impactful presentations for senior executives and leadership teams
    • with key stakeholders to gather relevant information and data for presentations
    • compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategic message and initiatives

    Business Review:

    • with various practices to gather data and insights for monthly/quarterly business review reports
    • and synthesize the information to create comprehensive reports that highlight key achievements, challenges, and opportunities

    Requirements:

    • degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
    • experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in communication strategies and techniques
    • written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
    • organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • in presentation software and other relevant communication tools
    • in PowerBI is preferred
    • strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
    • interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
