Pending order maintenance and discussion with Alcon FF and customers. Closure of pending SO/DC on daily basis for cancelled orders.

Sales Return and Damage return processing and sending the credit note to customers. 100% entry of return stock in Base one on the same day.

Daily cheque deposition and updating the details in system. Maintaining records.

PDC Cheque maintenance and updating the details in system. Weekly verification with In charge Physical vs. System.

Weekly reports to ASM as per the requirement.

Monthly report to In Charge/Management.

Complaint Management.

Responsible for reporting product related complaint (s) to PISPL-QA & Principal Company-QA immediately / within 24 hours.
