About the Role:
Looking for a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our Global Talent Acquisition function.

As the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in building and leading a high-performing team to attract, acquire, and retain top talent across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals across various regions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven - track records of volume in tech hiring / strategic - leadership hiring and leading diverse global teams

• Master's degree preferred
• US Hiring experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of the IT and ITES industry and its talent landscape.
