    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IFS Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of our IFS (Integrated Facility Services) projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IFS systems and processes. The IFS Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Oversee the execution of IFS projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
    • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    • Proactively monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
    • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project goals and outcomes effectively.
    • Resource Management:
    • Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Ensure project tasks are assigned and completed according to schedule, adjusting plans as needed.
    • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that IFS projects meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IFS industry.
    • Strong understanding of IFS systems, processes, and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in project management tools and software.
    • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
