Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling inquiries, identifying opportunities for business development, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role also requires providing feedback to improve services and contributing to achieving organizational growth targets.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Attention to detail and a client-centric approach
- Flexibility to work on-site and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in relationship management or a customer-facing role is an advantage
