- To manage the entire RM team and ensuring talent development of RM TEAM
- Achieving the business targets / Team targets assigned in terms of up selling AMC Products, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships.
- Accompanying team to represent and close HNI/Ultra MF/PMS/AIF deals
- Ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to the client /HNI customers along with HNI/Ultra HNI Acquisition
- Providing Investment planning and advice
- Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix
- Please Note : Candidate will be managing Odisha Chhattisgarh state as TL
- Main criteria: Team Handling Experience, and Mutual Fund selling experience is required
