JobDescription Identifythe key markets and customers and evaluates the potential formaintenance sales. Accordingly propose tactics to generate and developmaintenance sales. Develop strong relationship with clients. Responsible in getting newmaintenance contracts and secure existing contracts. Review and document soon to beexpired contracts for renewal process. Prepare quotations according to customerenquiry for maintenance parts repairs and modernization. To work with a team of serviceengineers and technicians to manage service salesfulfillment. Manageassigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceed thetarget budget. Anyother duties assigned by the Management. Knowledge Skills &Abilities BasicTechnical Knowledge of Elevators & Escalators Excellent Computer Literacy i.e.knowledge in Microsoft Office etc. Convincing Skill Fluency in Nepali Hindi Englishlanguage Two wheelerwith a valid license Proactive and goal oriented approach Familiarity with CRM software isplus. Ability tomaintain and build client relationship. Qualification/Experience 1 to 2 years experience in sales Elevator liftMaintenance /construction/ architect industry/ builder/ real sectorrequired Masters or Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing orequivalent.
