About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Founder's Office Executive with a strong business Analyst background to closely assist the Founder/Owner in strategic, operational, and communication-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with reputed MNCs such as Capgemini, KPMG, or similar organizations, and possess excellent English communication skills.
This role requires high ownership, confidentiality, analytical thinking, and the ability to work directly with top leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and operational support to the Founder/Owner
- Assist in business planning, strategy execution, and performance tracking
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and business reviews
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare decision-support documents
- Handle high-level communication, emails, and meetings on behalf of the Founder
- Track key initiatives, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, PMO, or leadership support roles
- Prior experience with reputed MNCs (Consulting / Corporate Background preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word (advanced level preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Preferred Profile
- Experience working directly with CXOs, Founders, or Senior Leadership
- Exposure to business strategy, operations, or corporate governance
- Consulting or corporate strategy background is a strong advantage
