- Holds a current IRSE Signalling, Designer , Verifier / Principles Designer Licence
- . Schemes Development experience with broad knowledge of UK railway signalling standards, design processes and procedures
- . Proficient in using appropriate industry standard CAD packages and signalling tools for the development of signalling scheme plans
- . Knowledge or experience of undertaking signalling surveys, including knowledge of a broad range of lineside equipment and technologies
- . Highly motivated, thorough and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, manages time efficiently, prioritise duties and focused on results
- . Excellent communication skills, including high standard of English for written communications
- . High-energy and collaborative teammate who thrives off of goal setting and achievement
- . Exceptional time management, documentation and organizational skills
- . Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities
- . Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight
- . Track record of quickly earning credibility based knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- . Adept at communicating with developers, non-technical business partners, executives and third party vendors
