    Job Purpose:

    The Training and Development Specialist is to facilitate the learning and professional growth of employees within an organization. Their primary focus is on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and abilities of employees, thereby contributing to the overall success of the company.

    Job Duties:

    • Identify the specific training needs of employees and departments within the organization.
    • Develop and design training programs and materials tailored to meet the identified needs. This may include creating training modules, workshops, e-learning courses, and other educational resources.
    • Deliver training sessions or coordinate with subject matter experts to provide instruction to employees. This can involve in-person training, virtual training, or a combination of both.
    • Collaborate with HR professionals, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives align with overall organizational goals and objectives.
    • Adapt training and development initiatives to align with changes in company objectives, strategies, and culture.
    • Create training material, monitor trainees' progress, and provide constructive feedback
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs by measuring the impact on employee performance and job skills.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education: An MBA or postgraduate degree.

    Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
