Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Partner / CEO

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10+ years (Preferably Consulting / Corporate / Top Management Support Background)

We are looking for a highly driven, presentable, and dynamic Executive Assistant who can seamlessly manage executive-level responsibilities in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The candidate must be comfortable with late working hours, travel coordination, high-level client interactions, and structured calendar management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the CEO's calendar, ensuring effective time utilisation and prioritisation.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including high-level client appointments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a coordination point for key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review high-quality presentations for client meetings, pitches, and strategy discussions.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage virtual meetings through MS Teams, Zoom, and similar collaboration platforms.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups on leadership commitments.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business development activities.
  • Prepare reports, MIS dashboards, and executive briefing notes.
  • Ensure smooth communication between leadership and internal teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong multitasking ability and exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent calendar management expertise with attention to detail.
  • Strong command over PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and executive presence.
  • Ability to work beyond standard office hours when required.
  • Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality.

Preferred Background

  • Consulting or strategy-oriented professional background preferred.
  • Experience working closely with CXOs or senior leadership teams.
  • Exposure to business development support or client coordination will be an advantage.
