    About Us

    The Measurement & Analytics Division serves key industries such as oil and gas, chemical, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, and the marine industry. We enable the optimization of industrial processes by providing and analyzing data collected from sensing and smart measurement devices.

    Your Role

    In this position, you will be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. You will also analyze statistics, forecast, pace, and collect relevant information using available tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues.
    • Provide appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests.
    • Collect and archive documentation related to orders and record assumptions and decisions made during the process.
    • Analyze statistics, including forecasting, pacing, etc., using available tools and collect relevant information.

    Requirements

    We are looking for someone who enjoys working with order management, inside sales, and RFQs in instrumentation products. You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in order management and be highly adept in SAP. Additionally, you should be passionate about customer management and stakeholder management, hold a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, and be comfortable communicating in both verbal and written English.
