The Job:

You will be joining our team as a Lead Appian Developer with a core responsibility of designing, implementing, and supporting functional components developed in the Appian platform. You will be required to work closely with a global team of senior and junior team members to take user

stories through technical design, implementation and eventually roll out to production. You will interact with various stakeholders for the entire software lifecycle process.

Skills required:

● Design, Development, and deployment of Appian applications

● Lead technically the delivery of an Appian project. The person is to participate in design,

development, QA, deployment, and support as required

● Able to design solutions and guide the junior developers

● Establish the quality process for the development team including best practices implementation, peer review checklists

● Hands-on experience on BPMS implementations – process design, form design, rules, SAIL, CDTs

● Understanding of BPMN, XML, XSD

● Knowledge of RDBMS and basic SQL (DDL & DML)

● Experience in Integration/Complex Integration using Appian is needed.

● Fitnesse exposure is a plus.

● 3-5 years of relevant experience

● Hands-on experience on at least 3-4 projects.

● Mandatory Certification/A-score L1. L2 is a plus

● Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus
