    Job title: Scrum Master

    Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master Lead to drive our agile adoption journey. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading 2-3 scrum teams and driving all ceremonies for scrum teams, with a strong understanding of lean and agile principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead 2-3 scrum/Kanban/XP teams in adopting agility within the team.
    • Drive all ceremonies for scrum teams and track backlog conversion work.
    • Help teams and POs in story writing and organizing requirement components.
    • Evaluate and advise Agile Frameworks, tools, and techniques to teams as applicable.
    • Organize metrics for teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and visibility in release work.
    • Help verticals and organizations in doing agile maturity assessments periodically.
    • Remove impediments for smoother scrum/iteration cycles.

    Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of overall experience in the IT industry as a Developer/Tester/BA.
    • 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master (SM) & Agile project management delivery.
    • Preferrably from Analytics/Data engineering/BI domain.
    • Some understanding of design thinking and systems thinking is preferable.
    • Good knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, MS ADO, Atlassian Confluence, MS SharePoint, Rally, and MS Excel.
    • Mandatory: CSM, PSM-I/II/III/SAFe, LeSS, RTE certifications active.
    • Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners team's project management best practices.
    • Working Knowledge of tools like MS Office, Power BI reports.
    • Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience in Client-facing roles mandatory.
