• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in software QA automation, including designing and implementing test scripts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with one or more automated testing tools and frameworks such as PlayWrite, Selenium.
• Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices

Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Create and execute manual and automated test cases, regression tests, and integration tests to detect defects and ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers to understand software requirements, design, and architecture to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in test planning, test strategy, and test case reviews to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Continuously improve and optimise manual and automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and trends in QA.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
