Scrutinize the Invoice documents & share with Dispatch team
New orders update in Data Management System
Fill Online Commercial & Technical Indents
Validate Indents & Send Indents to Relevant Dept. & Send Order Confirmation to Customer
Liaison with Internal team with regards to Machine Completion status
Coordinate with Collection team for payment collection
Coordinate with internal team & ensure smooth project completion
Regularly update the customer with regards to project completion status
Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently
