    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive EHS to join our team at Flowchem Pharma Pvt Ltd. As an Executive EHS, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as implementing and maintaining effective EHS policies and procedures. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in EHS management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in EHS management
    • Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively train and educate employees on EHS matters
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
    • Provide training to employees on EHS guidelines, procedures, and best practices
    • Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas of concern
    • Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business processes
    • Stay up to date with changes in EHS regulations and industry best practices
    • Participate in EHS committee meetings and contribute to the development of safety programs
    • Support EHS improvement initiatives and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions
