- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of the Malayalam language is preferable but not mandatory
- Passionate about architecture and eager to learn and grow in the field
