    DailyAnd WeeklyResponsibilitiesWorkand form relationships with internal management teams to know theins and outs of their departments and better understand theirhiring needs and jobspecificationsDevelopand release job postings on a platforms such as social media andjob boardsUtilizeknowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovativerecruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect fornew businessScreenresumes and prospects qualify interview and manage candidatesthroughout interview process from prepping before interviews toassisting with final offernegotiationMaintaina database of candidate records including active and passiveprospects hired and fired employees and other candidaterelationshipsFollowup on interview process status and update records in internaldatabase

    SkillsAndQualifications410years experience in recruitment or humanresourcesExceptionalcommunication interpersonal and decisionmakingskillsAdvancedknowledge of MS Office database management and internetsearchFamiliaritywith job boards and HR software databases and managementsystemsProvenexperience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone videoetc.)PreferredQualificationsBachelors degree in human resource management (or relatedfield)Experiencedeveloping recruitingstrategyDesire togrow professionally with networking and ongoing trainingopportunities
