Technical Project Management - Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, developing detailed plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• You are solely responsible for requirement gathering, FRDs, BRDs, sprint planning, scrum, reports, estimation, budgeting, and planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure the technical project execution stays on track with timelines and budgets.
• Handle client interactions, facilitate daily team scrums, and adjust work hours as needed to meet client requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Proactively tackle issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress using Jira, ensuring adherence to the plan and efficient use of team hours.
• Participate in client calls, document meeting notes, and support customer relations, including maintenance contract negotiations.
• Conduct and attend daily scrum meetings for team coordination and manage client service requests.

Job Requirements & Must Haves

• Should have a minimum of 5+ years of total project management experience in the service industry.
• Seeking candidates with technical project management experience exclusively in the IT service industry.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
• Should have a good understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Should have strong experience in Agile Scrum, Scrum Master, JIRA/confluence, etc.
• Must have experience in handling and communicating with US/Europe/Canada clients.
• Must be a B.Tech / MCA / M. Tech / MBA / or Any relevant engineering / computer science / business post-graduation.
