- Work closely with Razorpay's partner banks to get their merchants onboarded on Razorpay
- Understand and respond to various queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver against the set operational targets for assigned activities
- Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal
- Ensuring adherence to a well-defined operational process set up for the assigned activities
- 0-3 years of overall experience of which experience in the payments space either with banks, payment aggregators or fintechs companies will be given high preference
- Experience in operational role will be given preference
