We are seeking a motivated and ethical School Outreach Coordinator/B2B Sales Specialist to facilitate partnerships with educational institutions for the promotion of our child behavior/psychometric testing service.
Salary10,000-15,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Setting
Sales Targets:
Collaborate with senior management to establish ambitious yet achievable sales targets aligned with the organization's objectives.
These targets should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and reflective of market trends and the company's growth trajectory.
Developing Sales Strategies:
Utilize your expertise to craft comprehensive sales strategies that encompass various aspects such as market segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
Your strategies should be adaptable to changing market dynamics and competitor actions.Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to optimize individual and team performance. Ensure proper training and development programs are in place to enhance the skills and competencies of the sales force.
Identify and Establish Partnerships:
Research and identify appropriate schools and educational institutions for potential partnerships. Reach out to school administrators or executives to initiate discussions about our services.
Present Services:
Present Here to Care's child behavior/psychometric testing service to school executives, emphasizing the benefits and ethical considerations.
Provide clear information about the purpose of the service and how it aligns with the school's goals for student well-being.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
Collaborate with school representatives to negotiate terms of partnership, including pricing and enrolment procedures. Ensure that all agreements adhere to ethical standards and prioritise the well-being and consent of students and their families.
Coordinate Enrollment:
Work with school administrators to facilitate the enrollment of students into the psychometric testing service. Ensure that all enrollment processes are transparent, voluntary, and respectful of parental consent.
Provide Support and Education:
Offer resources and support to schools, parents, and students to enhance understanding of the testing process and its potential benefits.
Address any questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly. Lead by example in nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
Establish performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and individual/team performance. Regularly report on sales progress, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)MBA in sales is preferred.2+ Years of experience in sales.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or outreach roles, preferably in the education or mental health sectorStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEthical mindset with a commitment to promoting mental health and well-beingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of child development and educational systems is a plus
