- Evaluate, analyse, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.
- Conduct user research and usability studies participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities Drive product strategies, roadmaps and detailed implementation to build best-in-class AI healthtech products.
- Work on generating, processing and analysing large data sets to identify business opportunities
- Own and prioritize requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with the Engineering team to manage the product roadmap and ensure delivery of all capabilities on time.
- Work with marketing team to drive user acquisition and growth of paying users
- Monitor and evaluate product performance and users' feedback to ensure constant product iteration to drive retention, referrals and NPS.
- Minimum of 5 years of customer focused product management experience
