Designation: Human Resources Operations Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Variable

Experience: 5 - 8 Years & Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with business teams to input new plans into the system.

-Support managers by addressing their queries and providing assistance during the recommendation period.

-Manage deferred bonuses, retention bonuses, and other global processes.

-Regularly update plan documents and standard operating procedures.

-Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

-Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

-Preferred: Full-time MBA specializing in HR.

-Experience working with spreadsheet applications.
