    We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to provide proactive assistance with travel and transportation arrangements. As the go-to person for all the travel related inquiries, you'll be responsible for managing and taking charge of the end-to-end travel support for our team.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with vendors and team members.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities or emergencies.

    Desired Skills:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry or corporate environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
    • Flexibility with working hours.

    As a Travel Desk Executive, you will:

    • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements by efficiently managing incoming travel requests from the employees and coordinating all necessary arrangements.
    • Promptly handle inquiries and resolving grievances related to travel itineraries.
    • Maintain regular communication to provide timely updates on logistics and ensure smooth journeys.
    • Handle last-minute changes or emergencies related to travel plans effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to travel plans.
    • Conduct monthly briefings with external partners to review travel plans and address any concerns effectively.
    • Stay up to date with all the current route plans and latest employee address records.
    • Assist with special projects or events requiring travel coordination as needed.
    • Conduct routine inspections of company transportation vehicles to uphold the sanitation standards.
    • Maintain relationships with travel agencies and vendors to ensure optimal service delivery whenever required.
    • Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, expenses, and associated documentation for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
    • Uphold strict adherence to company travel policies and guidelines to guarantee compliance at all times.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of our travel management processes.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or related fields)
    • 0 to 2 Years of relevant experience.
    • Training in travel and tourism or related certification is a plus.
