    Requirements:

    • Recent resource management or client services experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups and complex formulas
      •Must have strong technology skills, must be able to learn new systems quickly
      •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and diagnostic skills
    • Must have strong organizational skills
    • Must have strong teamwork skills
    • Must have strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
    • Must have the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
    • Project Management experience a plus.
    • STAR scheduling knowledge a plus.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to:

    • Support staffing strategies for your assigned practice
    • Work with the RM and Engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing
    • Maintain an understanding of key skills needed, team members' career aspirations and current skill sets, to align employees to engagement staffing needs
    • Utilize Resource Management systems to generate and analyze reporting documents
    • Act as the day-to-day contact for managers and staff regarding general firm and resource topics
    • Maintain Resource Management tools such as Scheduling systems, Outlook folders, Teams, etc. Train others on scheduling systems and processes
    • Communication with all levels, from staff through partners
    • Work on multiple moving pieces to complete scheduling assignments
    • Additional clerical and administrative functions
