    Job Title: Customer Success Manager

    We're looking for energetic professionals who can proactively build relationships with clients, identify risks, and expand product adoption. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities without compromising customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

    Your Responsibilities:
    • Develop and strategically manage customer accounts in the US and India for post-go-live services.
    • Focus on generating sustainable, repeatable, and long-term customer revenue through exceptional support service.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring solution usability and uptime, and validating e2e workflows.
    • Achieve agreed performance levels aligned with customer requirements and functional SLAs.
    • Be the single point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, or hotfixes.
    • Assign and monitor tasks to support consultants, identify design issues, and coordinate with functional and technical support teams.

    What You'll Need:
    • 8+ years of experience.
    • BE/Btech/MCA/MBA education.
    • Experience in planning applications like Manugistics, SAP APO, SAP IBP, JDA Demand Fulfil, JDA S&OP, i2 Supply Chain Planner, Oracle SCM.
    • High interpersonal effectiveness, building relationships with customers, and strong project management skills.
