• Utilizing various job portals andsocial channels such as Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and Shine to sourcepotential candidates.
• Conducting endtoendrecruitment processes which involve screening and reviewing resumesconducting phone screens and understanding candidaterequirements.
• Advertising job openings on jobboards the company s careers page and social media to attractqualified candidates.
• Effectively managing thecandidate database.
• Demonstrating excellentcommunication skills to engage effectively with candidates andcolleagues.
• Preferably seeking immediatejoiners to fulfill the recruitment needsefficiently.

CandidateQualifications:
To excel in this role youshould possess:

• The ability to confidentlycommunicate with top management personnel.
• Athorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of variousjob positions.
• Handson experience in sourcingcandidates from job portals and social channels like NaukriLinkedIn Indeed and Shine.
