    Qualification:

    • Minimum work experience of 8+ years (Max 10years) with a Dynamic startup firm
    Handling Pure marketing (No Sales), PAN Indian Product launch, Marketing Campaigns, PR, Crafting Marketing & Brand strategies,

    Coordinating with Sales team.

    • Master's in business administration (Marketing), or a related field from reputed Institutions like IIM, IIT, ISB, NIT, BITS, Symbiosis, XLRI, Great Lakes Etc.

    Languages known:
    Hindi, English


    Responsibilities:

    Developing Marketing Strategy:

    • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Define unique value propositions and positioning for the startup's products or services.

    Brand Management:

    • Build and manage the startup's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Develop and implement branding guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image.
    • Monitor brand sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.

    Content Strategy:

    • Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
    • Create and manage the production of highquality content for various channels, including blogs, videos, and social media.

    Lead Generation and Conversion:

    • Implement strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
    • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and conversion.
    • Optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys for maximum efficiency.

    Public Relations:

    • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
    • Coordinate public relations efforts to generate positive media coverage.
    • Handle crisis communications effectively.
