Custom Car Parts Designed From Scans

Job description
We are looking for someone to design parts for a custom car we are building. We have raw scans of the body but they may require refinement.The specific deliverables are as follows:
- Rear engine hatch with scoops for air intakes and opposing side sealing lip. The scoops will be the same height as the seat headrests and extend towards the back of the hatch, tapering down to disappear into the panel. The mouth of the scoop needs to be 1" above the hatch surface and extend past the front edge of the hatch 3". 6" inside the mouth of the scoop, the inner walls need to taper down to a 3" round tube 2" long (for attaching a flexible tube to). The hatch needs the be designed with a 1/8" gap around it. The opposing lip will need a flat outer edge to be attached to the scanned surface and a U shaped channel to prevent water from getting into the compartment.
- Rear fender flares for both sides, based on the scan of a rough mock up. The scan should show the relationship of the tire to the flare. The vertical lip along the outer edge of the flare cannot move closer to the tire. When making the design, ensure material thickness is added to exterior, not to the tire side of the edge.
- Windshield with frame, and windshield mounting base. The base needs a trough to glue the windshield into and it must match the scan shape of the dash/cowl. The base will be permanently epoxied to the dash/cowl.
- Front vent grilles. Enlarged holes were created for better cooling and horizontal slat grilles with a 3/8" face surround are required to fit into the holes.
The designs for the hatch and flares will be cut from foam on a 5 axis mill and molds made from them to make the final parts.
All designs are to remain the sole property of the client and are not to be reproduced or shared outside of this project.
