    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented Full Stack Java Trainer to join our team at Youth4Jobs Foundation. As a Full Stack Java Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to youth with disabilities, helping them develop their skills in Full Stack Java development. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Full Stack Java development and a strong passion for teaching and empowering others.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in Full Stack Java development
    • Proficiency in Full Stack Java development, including front-end and back-end technologies
    • Experience in developing web applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks
    • Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Passion for teaching and mentoring
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Experience with training methodologies and curriculum design is a plus
    • Familiarity with disability inclusion and awareness is desirable

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Deliver training programs on Full Stack Java development to youth with disabilities
    • Design and develop course material, including curriculum, presentations, and exercises
    • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to students, helping them build practical skills
    • Assess the progress and performance of students and provide feedback for improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Full Stack Java development and incorporate them into the training programs
    • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the training programs and ensure their effectiveness
    • Work closely with the placement team to connect trained students with job opportunities
    • Conduct workshops and seminars to raise awareness about disability inclusion and the importance of skill development
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities and student progress
