    Experience - 1-5 years of education/academic counselling experience in EDTECH( Strong JEE/NEET knowledge required )

    Location - Pune PimpriSalary upto 4.5lpa


    QUALIFICATION:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Ed Tech industry.
    • Any Bachelor's degree
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities will be a plus.
    • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (both written and spoken)
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.
    • Provide detailed information about our products and services, explaining how they can meet the needs of potential learners.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our Ed Tech solutions.
    • Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, learner/parent interactions, and prospect information using our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements.
