- B.E./B.Tech-Computer Science/Bachelors' or Master's Degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
- 5+ years of rich experience in the design or development of virtualized or cloud-native solutions with 99.999% or better uptime SLA.
- Extensive experience with and exposure to cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, and CI/CD automation.
- Basics of Java and C++ containerization.
- Exposure to telecom applications or signaling networks will be a big plus.
- Exposure to OpenStack or similar cloud technologies will be a plus.
- Exposure to ACID databases will be a plus.
- Problem-solving aptitude and team player.
- Self-motivated and a good communicator.
- Identifying technology choices for cloud-native deployment.
- Qualifying the choices through POCs, discussions with relevant internal and external SMEs, and self-study.
- Creating robust and future-safe architectures as part of the Technology team.
- Creating best practice guidelines for implementation teams.
- Creating strategies for CI/CD and their implementation.
- Guiding implementation teams on technology and architecture aspects.
