Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterpriseclients in need of EAP services. This includes understandingindustry trends organizational challenges and competitorofferings.
Prospectingand Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads within targetenterprise organizations including HR departments benefitsadministrators and executiveleadership
BuildingRelationships :
Cultivate strong relationships with keydecisionmakers and influencers within enterprise clients includingHR directors benefits managers and Csuiteexecutives
NeedsAssessment:
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potentialclients to understand their specific requirements and challengesrelated to employee mental health wellbeing andproductivity
SolutionPresentation:
Develop and deliver tailored presentations andproposals that highlight the benefits of EAP services anddemonstrate how they can address the unique needs of eachenterpriseclient
ContractNegotiation:
Negotiate terms pricing and service agreements withenterprise clients ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficialand align with the organizationsobjectives
PipelineManagement :
Manage a robust sales pipeline including trackingleads opportunities and sales activities in CRM systems andproviding regular updates tomanagement
