- Review and analyze Business process specifications related to Sales & Services Cloud and CPQ.
- Work closely with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to understand the complete context of deliveries and translate complex functional and nonfunctional requirements in robust endtoend tests.
- Collaborate with Developers to understand effective strategies and test plans.
- Experience in automating tests using Selenium/Java or Apex code.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Evaluate product/process according to specifications.
- Create logs/Reports to document testing phases and defects using Supporting tools HP ALM/ Jira.
- Provide UAT support.
- Provide QA Support during the Deployment and release.
- Design and implement testing plans for products
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
- Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
- Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet enduser expectations
- Research the current market for similar products and compare results
