    Job Description:


    • 2-3 years of experience in the IT Software Industry.


    • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.


    • Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices.


    • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.


    • Graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.


    • Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.


    • Up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.


    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Responsibilities of UI/UX Designer cum Graphic Designer:


    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.


    • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.


    • Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design roadblocks.


    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.


    • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.


    • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.


    • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
