JobBriefProductivity Engineerunderstands the functionalities configuration and features ofrelevant modules of Advanced Project Execution Onsite constructionand services and Quality. Available right on the project and helpproject teams who are involved in planning or managing theexecution.

• Responsiblefor deriving useful metrics and reports and channelling realtimedata to the dashboard.
• They also take care ofdata sharing and execution monitoring requirements will befamiliarized to the project teams so that information is seamlesslymoving across thesystem.

JobResponsibilitiesAs aProductivity Engineer you will needto:

1. ImplementationTraining assistance Configuration and Deployment of businessrequirements. Coordination Activities for Teknobuilt Solutions andServices on clientspecificprojects.
2. Responsible for drivingstandardization and integration across projects for synergy andefficiencies. Available right on the project and help project teamswho are involved in planning or managing theexecution.
3. Working closely with the projects aspart of the team coordinates daytoday activities and works as aninterface for enabling the appropriateprocesses.
4. Liaison with the Client team andTeknobuilts internal product & operations team to deliverall aspects of the awarded work scope.
5. Projectsupport and Executive assistance; Assist in strategic planningmarket opportunity assessments and support to develop and executeProject Implementation plans.
6. Project Sitesupport and operations; Work closely with Subject Matter Expertsand Product team to deliver value toclients.
7. Help clients PMO team AWP/ WFP Teamsand owners in project execution including coordination between siteclient head office and stakeholders.
8. Work withstakeholders including the Executives Product Data and Design teamsto assist with datarelated technical issues and support their datainfrastructure needs.
9. Help with onboarding ofstakeholders into Teknobuilts flagship product and promote usageskillfully overcoming any user resistance. Effectively promote theuse of the product and develop healthy relationships withstakeholders to become a reliable and approachable person for theproject.
10. Develop expertise in Teknobuiltsprocesses; Identify prepare and map clients current workflowprocesses in an asis manner. Analyse for potential improvements;Work closely with the Teknobuilt operations team to identify andsuggest improvements for the clients processes. and bring in Clientand Customer requirements.
11. Develop theimplementation plan and strategy for deployment of improvementsthrough process or system; Work closely with the productdevelopment (software) team for user feedback bug fixes and productimprovements.
12. Preparation of business workflows/ detailed functional requirements for enhancing Teknobuiltproducts. Identify and assist in enhancing Teknobuilt Products andServices for continuous improvement;
13. Keepinformed and uptodate knowledge base with Industry standards andbest practices; Familiarise with the companys projects andinitiatives.

Qualification:Masters in Engineering/Construction Management orequivalent
SkillsYou will need tohave:

1. Minimum35 years of experience in Construction Management or equivalentskill set
2. Language proficiencyEnglish
3. Added advantage for having proficiencyin Project Management tools such as Primavera and designing 3Dtools such as Naviswork
4. Familiarity withEngineering Procurement and ConstructionProjects
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficePowerPoint and Visio
6. Preferably three to fouryears of experience in Industrial or constructionprojects
