Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Python programming, expertise in either TensorFlow or PyTorch, proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The position will initially be remote for the first three months, with the requirement to transition to an office-based role thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver scalable ML solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing ML models to improve performance and efficiency.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and NLP.
• Deploy ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to pre process and prepare data for model training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with either TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their machine learning services.
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
