    Responsibilities

    Work with highly motivated, industry-defying individuals working together in creating the global ecosystem for electronics / IoT Designing / development & manufacturing-

    Insights Collection and Implementation:

    Gather client & market insights: Conduct needs assessments, analyze client data, and leverage industry research to understand client challenges and opportunities.

    Translate insights to action: Develop data-driven recommendations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful Elecbits implementation for clients.

    Sales Goal Achievement and Lead Generation:

    Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by generating high-quality leads and nurturing them through the sales process to closure and project completion.

    Identify and cultivate business partnerships with electronics manufacturing services enterprises and hardware enterprises.

    Solution Design and Presentation:

    Design comprehensive proposals and presentations outlining proposed solutions to meet client needs.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects and alignment with organizational goals.

    Strategic Marketing Consulting:

    Provide strategic marketing consulting to both internal teams and clients, contributing to the development and refinement of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

    Industry Knowledge and Education:

    Possess a deep understanding of the electronics manufacturing lifecycle and educate clients about the value proposition of the Elecbits platform.

    Client and Stakeholder Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the duration of marketing projects, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Project Communication and Analytics:

    Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.

    Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

    Sales Support and Relationship Building:

    Provide sales support with analytical skills and marketing tools to maximize orders and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    Market Research and New Client Acquisition:

    Conduct research to identify new target markets and clients who could benefit from the company's products and services.

    Engage in outreach and networking activities to attract and onboard new clients.

    Technical Expertise and Presentation Skills:

    Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how products and services meet client needs, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    Master's degree in marketing, sales, or business development, with additional qualifications like an MBA in Sales or Supply Chain. Prior experience in B2B startups, especially in electronics manufacturing services, and involvement in top EV companies like Ather, Ola, or Simple Energy.

    Industry Expertise:

    In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing services industry operations and trends. Preferably holds a degree or diploma in Electronics engineering.

    Project Management and Consulting:

    Proven track record in project management and marketing consulting roles. Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects and provide strategic guidance to clients.

    Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Technical Proficiency and Travel:

    Proficiency in project management tools and marketing analytics. Ability to travel at least 40% of the time for client engagement and industry events.
