Key Responsiblities
Guide and coach development teams on Scrum practices andprinciples.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprintplanning daily standups sprint reviews andretrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners andstakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and an agilemindset.
Monitor team performance metrics and provideinsights forimprovement.

Requirements
Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Project Management or relevant field (orequivalent practical experience).
34 years of experienceas a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Solid understanding of agile principles and Scrumframework.
Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills.
Experience with agile tools such as Jira orsimilar.
Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) orequivalent is a plus.
