Description

• Ensure strict HSE, Quality and Ethical standards as per the company policies.
• plan and coordinate the EPC works (Piping / SR construction) from start to finish, including organising the schedule of work, estimating the time and cost, supporting the procurement for finalising with the subcontractor with respect to scope of works and budget.
• plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment by coordinating regularly with the procurement so that works progresses smoothly.
• Monitoring execution works at site for Civil and MEP.
• manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including help the site engineers supervise the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control
• ensure the EPC works are delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress with the financial & project control manager.
• check design documents with H&M engineers, surveyors and engineers
• promote and maintain health and safety, including regular site inspections, Management site visits to ensure safety rules are being followed
• write reports on the planning, progress, quality and safety of the works
• maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives (PMC) to inform them of progress on the project, i.e., stakeholder management
• support contractual communication with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
• deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
• Provide inputs regularly for digitalising the deliverables to review progress of works remotely.
• As per the overall agreed plan coordinate with the internal stakeholders for smooth reporting to the management.
• Able to complete the piping works in zones / DMAs to get the same commissioned and handover to O&M for operation
